Mason Owen appointed to market Austin Park
Mason Owen has been instructed to market Austin Park - the former distribution facility and head office of retailer Ethel Austin.
The newly-named Austin Park, School Lane, Knowsley Business Park, was bought by the late Ronald Austin and was the headquarters for the iconic Liverpool company for the last 30 years.
Mason Owen has now been appointed as joint agent with Liverpool-based CBRE to market the property which offers 426,305 sq ft on a site of 35.3 acres and which can be bought in whole or subdivided into units from around 100,000 sq ft.
The highly secure site, superbly-located next to junction 4 of the M57 and the A580 East Lancashire Road, also provides development potential and expansion land on sites from 2 to 14 acres.
Alternative uses for may be possible subject to planning consent.
