Land sold in Chirk, Wrexham
Mason Owen has secured the sale of a 1.1 acre development site on Chapel Lane in Chirk.
The Plas-y-Waen Site in Wrexham, North Wales has been purchased by property developers, Mytton Homes.
Mark Feranall, head of Agency at Mason Owen’s Chester Office, said: “We are delighted with this sale.
"It shows that some confidence is returning to the residential development market. We have other sites under offer.”
