Office Letting Secured at Chester Business Park
The letting of Unit 6 in the Office Village, which compromises of three floors was leased to Greenhaus, a design company who make innovative, sustainable products and are currently existing tenants in the unit adjacent.
The office space was formerly occupied by retailer Ethel Austin Ltd. There will be five yearly rent reviews and the lease will be up for renewal in 2017.
