Mason Owen has announced the lettings of two offices for Speke-based solicitors, Forster Dean.
The new Forster Dean branches are located in Wigan and Huyton, Merseyside. Both premises are situated in the main shopping areas of the towns.
The acquisitions by Mason Owen are part of an aggressive national expansion plan by Forster Dean who already operates a network of 18 premises across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
Mason Owen has been working with Merseyside-based Forster Dean since January 2010, and is currently sourcing a further 10 properties for the ambitious firm of solicitors which will pivot them to national law firm status.

Mason Owen’s David Legat said: “We are delighted to be working with Forster Dean and we are very confident of reaching the target for 10 additional units to be open by this time next year. Mason Owen is in the process of acquiring further premises for Forster Dean across the North West, the Midlands and Yorkshire.”
