Urban Splash appoint Mason Owen on new build office in Speke Mason Owen have recently been appointed to act on behalf of Urban Splash Work Ltd in connection with the letting of Phase II of the Matchworks Development at Speke together with the Match Box which comprises new build Grade A office accommodation located over four floors extending in total to some 19,098 sq ft (1774.2 sq m).
